Readiness depends on people and their environment.
FutureReady is being redeveloped. The documented design considers personal capabilities alongside the organisational conditions that help people put those capabilities to work.
Personal capabilities
How people adapt, work with others and approach new challenges. The design includes:
- Cognitive flexibility
- Digital fluency
- Ethical orientation
Enabling conditions
The environment in which those capabilities are used, including:
- Learning systems
- Digital infrastructure
- Governance
Read the method and its limits.
The two-page explainer records the design, the evidence gaps and the direction of redevelopment. A public sample report is not available.
