Most assessment tools in India stop at a profile: a type, a score, a long report. VegaCap was built so that every assessment ends in a next step. If a feature does not serve one of these four principles, it does not ship.

The team has run NSDC, taught at ISB, worked at the World Bank and trained thousands of executives. Every instrument is grounded in that experience of designing skill systems at national scale.
